Growing up in Humboldt County, California, Claire developed a deep appreciation for community,
hard work, and the value of strong relationships. As a lifelong athlete and former Division I competitor,
she learned early on that discipline, resilience, and teamwork is required to perform at the highest
level—qualities that now shape the way she approaches real estate.
Since relocating to Southern California, Claire has been pursuing her passion for real estate, spending
the past two years working alongside Dane Soderberg as his licensed real estate assistant. This
hands-on experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the transaction process while
helping ensure every client receives attentive, detail-driven service.
