With a corporate background at Nike and VF Corporation, Juliana is a seasoned professional and skilled project manager who thrives in complex, high-pressure environments. Known for being authentic and straightforward, she balances fierce negotiation with warmth and humor, making the real estate journey both successful and enjoyable for her clients. Born in Eastern Europe and raised in Oregon, Juliana has spent the past decade building deep knowledge of the San Diego real estate market. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school, picnicking with family at the beach or Kate Sessions Park, exploring mid-century modern homes, working out, and unwinding with a glass of wine - all while always putting her clients first.
