Meet The Team

Zach has a deep connection to coastal San Diego. Born and raised in Del Mar, he grew up on the beach, surfing and lifeguarding. He has owned a local Del Mar business for over 20 years and is active on city committees, working to make sure Del Mar remains a thriving community and great place to live. For the last 15 years, he has lived with his wife, kids, and black lab just a bit farther up the coast, in Cardiff by the Sea, where he spends his free time working on his English rose garden and surfing. His ties to the area give him an extensive knowledge not just of Cardiff but also of the unique personality and feel of each surrounding local neighborhood. He listens to what his clients are looking for, and provides insights into the best schools, restaurants, beaches, and dog parks, to deliver unique results that help his clients live the way they want to live.
